Funeralocity CEO advises caution with FEMA funeral reimbursement program
RALEIGH, June 1, 2021 – Raleigh, N.C.’s ABC affiliate interviewed Funeralocity.com founder Ed Michael Reggie about the fraud overwhelming FEMA’s funeral reimbursement fund in the early days of the program. Ed Michael shared that scammers are using local newspaper obituaries to get death certificates and posing as families of victims.
