Groman Eden Mortuary & Eden Memorial Park

THE LADY HELENE THAT WORKS AT THIS CEMETERY IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND HAS ABSOLUTELY NO REMORSE OR COMPASSION. I called a few times today to try and find out where my grandfather's plot was located. Helene called me back a little while ago after her workers called her twice and asked her to call me back. She was the MOST RUDE person I have sadly ever had to encounter. She calls and proceeds to YELL AT ME BECAUSE SHE GOT WOKEN UP AT NIGHT! She tells me that I don't need the information now and when I come to the cemetery she will help me. I told her I didn't wanna deal with her and I would be getting help from anyone but her. Listen lady if you don't wanna be bothered in the middle of the night DONT WORK AT A CEMETERY. Some of us work graveyard and are awake at night. I have never been able to see my papas plot because I was very sick for his burial and COVID restrictions kept me from his unveiling. I WILL BE GOING THERE AND MAKING A HUGE COMPLAINT THIS MORNING!!!
