England Family Mortuary

I cannot speak highly enough of England Family Mortuary! Everyone is pleasant and compassionate and willing to answer any and all questions. They treat the deceased and loved ones with such respect and dignity. I was so impressed how they handled things with my mom's passing. From the moment I met Janice, I knew mom would be well cared for. They allowed us time to say goodbye in private at the hospital without being rushed to remove her from her room, they allowed family to say good bye at the mortuary when they could not be at the hospital when mom passed. Janice and the rest of the group made sure mom was looking her best when family arrive to say their final goodbyes. The atmosphere was warm and loving and we did not even have a wake or memorial. Mom was cremated but the effort they took to allow us the additional time with mom is to be commended. I am happy my parents found England to help them in their journey to their final resting place. This place is a true blessing, especially at such a difficult time.

5 stars was not enough for this place. My mom passed and I looked to Yelp to find a funeral home. They were great from day one. My mom passed at my home. There was a mix up of my phone number with the funeral funeral home but the people still came and got my mom. The drivers were so nice and caring. The next day we went in and Greg made us feel so much better. He allowed us to come in and do her nails. We went up there a couple of times to see her and we were never rushed. We lakes her to rest yesterday and he was great. They were closing after our service and he didn't rush us. Everyone I came into contact with the staff were great. I would totally recommend them and their business. Also they were not trying to capitalize on our grief. He didn't try to sell us on things we did not need. We have made funeral arrangements at another funeral home and they were trying to pass the bill. England did not do that. Sorry this post is so long.

Provided wonderfully kind and caring services for my Dad's funeral. Pricing was good and service was exactly what he would have wanted.

This is a first class act establishment. They are very caring, and in our situation, went way beyond the call of duty to accommodate us. We were working directly with Mr. Greg England, and we could not have expected or asked anything more from these people.

I lost my son at 18 weeks of pregnancy. They treated us with kindness, compassion and respect. Although the situation was unimaginable, I would recommend any parent to use them, should the unthinkable happen.

Five stars? Ten stars are more like it. England Family Mortuary helped us with my mother-in-law 3 years ago and more recently with my mother two weeks ago. I don't even know how to communicate how great these people were to us. Professional to the max? Yes. Caring? Absolutely! Compassionate? Above and beyond. No one wants to use a service like this but everyone has to, so you might as well go with the very best. And that's England Family Mortuary.

This place is very caring and has a great deal of respect for the family in mourning. My dad passed unexpectedly this pass summer. We had everything done here. There's no rush and they took care of everything. My mom wanted my dad's ashes as soon a possible , Greg made it happen with no extra fees. Even now we still call them, they are always will to help. Janice was the person who helped us and after some small confusions and problems (not being their fault), she was still great and helpful. Everything was nice, clean, and communication was great. The building is big and has enough parking. My grandpas funeral was peaceful.

When my husband recently passed away at USC Norris Cancer Center Hospital in LA, the first call I made was to my friend and rep from England Family Mortuary, Howard Cunningham. Of course with everything happening at that moment I was in the room at the hospital also checking local "funeral homes" as I knew I would have to pay transportation costs to bring him back to Temecula. I took a look at the costs (extra fees with some for a "processing fee" of Death Certs, extra fees for upgraded urns, extra fees for this and that I decided I just wanted Howard to take care of it for me. From beginning to today when I am on my way to pick up his ashes and spend some quiet time in their Chapel, I can honestly say this has been the best decision I have made. Everyone there all the way to Gregg England (owner and 30 year Pastor) has been beyond caring, loving and so so nice. I have been treated with such gentleness and such grace and during a time of great stress and dispaire when making decisions at the last minute is not what you want to be doing the absolute peace of mind knowing he has been taken good care of is without measure or price. I cannot recommend them enough and I also cannot recommend that you purchase a "prepaid" cremation package or funeral package so that your family is not having to do things like this during an "at need" state.... Howard and I had talked about that but my husband said "it's not important'....take it from me. Yes it is!! Thank you Howard, Gregg, Donna and everyone at England for your care and professionalism. It is a gift that cannot be compared.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! You don't need to look anywhere else...this is the place for you and your loved one. I just had my Dad's service here and it was a beautiful tribute to him. Greg, the owner was so unbelievably kind and compassionate. He took care of everything. He definitely went above and beyond. They have package deals which make it more affordable and they don't want to charge you extra for anything you don't need. Greg arranged everything I wanted including military honors, a singer and pianist and dove release. They also handle the cremation if you choose to do that. He gave me such comfort during this very difficult time. The facilities were perfect. We couldn't have asked for more. A special thank you also to Danielle and Paul for singing and playing the piano during the service. They were amazing. The dove release was also so wonderful. I highly recommend England Family Mortuary! Thank you so much Greg and family!!!

England Family Mortuary was compassionate and organized as they helped us plan my father in laws memorial service recently. They also gave the family all available options for burial and we could not be more pleased with how everything was handled.

Our family can't say enough about the care England Family Mortuary gave us recently. With the sudden and unexpected death of our nephew, we could not have gotten through all the details required and expected without the assistance of the owners and staff there. Not only were all the details handled with expertise, but everything was done with care and concern for what the family wanted, even when plans were changed more than once. They truly went above and beyond and for that we are extremely grateful. Thank you Josh England and the entire staff for your caring service in every way.

When my husband passed recently, I had not even wanted to think of where to go. I picked England Family Mortuary because of it's ratings and was so pleased at the ease and professionalism of the company. There is never any pressure to talk specifics right after you contact them, out of respect for your grief. My husband was former military and the effort they made to secure an honor guard and military honors made his service so special. They took many details and worries off my mind, and never tried to sell me anymore than what I needed or wanted. Their cost was amazingly reasonable and they were always just a phone call away. The service area is large and beautiful and his service was exactly what I had wanted. Thank you England Family for being so good to us.

With the sudden loss of my father, I wasn't sure where to start or who to call. England Family Mortuary provided compassionate care and their customer service went above and beyond what we expected. My father was a military veteran and they helped to connect us with an Honor Guard Sgt. in Sacramento (where we had his celebration of life) and the flag presentation was a wonderful addition to the day. Our family is very thankful and appreciative to Janice and the staff.

England Family Mortuary is truly wonderful. The entire staff is peaceful, compassionate and very organized. Their care for my father after his passing exceeded my expectations. Best place in Riverside County for sure! Highly, highly recommend!!

When my grandmother passed away in her sleep at home we were completely lost as to what to do. After calling multiple local mortuary we ultimately decided on England family mortuary because of their honesty, patience, and thoughtfulness. It was made abundantly clear my grandmother last wishes would be fulfilled. My family and i could not have asked for a better group of people taking care of my grandmother during her last leg of life. Simply put, if you want honesty and patience during a difficult time look no further they will take care of you as if you were family. Josh, Janice, Chris, and Greg were exceptional and my family and I would always be eternally grateful for their support and care.
