Marshall's Mortuary and Cremation Service

Dear Fred, We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your loving care of our wonderful son, Ryan, on one of our darkest days. I will always remember your hugs and kindness. I pray that the love and service you give to others will come back to you a hundred fold. We laid Ryan to rest in our small family cemetery by my home in Richmond last Saturday by his grandparents. It was a beautiful service surrounded by lots of family and friends. I cannot thank you enough but am very grateful for your kindness. Best wishes, Gayle and J Webster

Mr. Marshall helped me so much with the passing of my beloved cousin's cremation of (Vance Markell Charles). Mr. Fred stayed in communication throughout this process with me, as I do live in EL Paso, Texas. When I arrived in Colorado to retrieve my family member everything was done! I'll forever be grateful with the kindness and caring that Mr. Marshall showed towards me in my grief, Thank you, again Mr. Fred you're the best!

There was nothing more Mr. Marshall could have done to ease the unpleasant situation of coming from California to Denver to bury my son. As busy as he was, Mr. Marshall always made me and my family feel as if all our concerns were important to him. His prices were unbelievable, his heart was genuine, and every detail was done with an excellent spirit. Words cannot express what you did for us, so I humbly say "thank you" from the bottom of our hearts. You were truly a Godsend!

My husband, Vince, passed away at UCHealth in Denver, but we live in Grand Junction. I wanted to have him cremated before leaving town. I had already been in Denver a month, and I had a lot to attend to, so I wanted to get home quickly. After talking with Fred Marshall, I was impressed with all Marshall's had to offer, and the kind way I was treated over the phone and in person. They were able to meet my needs so professionally and kindly, and I was able to take my husband with me when I returned 3 days after he had passed. I appreciated the time Fred took with me in his office, sharing stories, and really listening to me. Thank you for being there when I needed you! I highly recommend Marshall's Mortuary and Cremation Service.

Fred & Kawanna I really was not able to really look at my mom’s program until yesterday and WOW!!!  You did an amazing job and  I am so grateful;.  It shows that you went out of your way.  Let’s begin with the church underlay and colors.  My mom would have been thrilled.  I want to give you a special thank you for making the print large enough for even me to see…smile.  The pictures of our family were so good.  The ones that thrilled me more was the ones of my mama.  I love them.  She was a camera picture hog and I know is up in heaven showing them to her family members!  It’s amazing what  you did with that little phone!!!  The church staff would not let the song “Wind Beneath My Wings” be sung, but how you incorporated in the program with the eagles flying and with just the right pictures of my mama and daddy made me smile.  You accented the right words and all I can say again is “Thank You.”  The extra pages with Aretha’s Babies and Grandma’s Babies was EXCELLENT…(but would have been better if my pictures had been left out)…Again I know my mama is walking around showing her family and my dad.  The “Wright Love” page with the words of that song, the  eagles flying, and my mama and dad’s pictures made me happy and also cry.  Your final touch of the poem, WE LOVE YOU ALL”  and my mama and daddy’s picture that the words “Together Again in Love” really touched me!!!  I want you to know that all the work, professionalism, care you gave to our family, and wearing of pink to match the program did not go unnoticed but others in the family.  If my mom and dad were here, they too would thank you for taking the time to care for her as she slept and put her together as she would have done herself.  You listened to our wants and saw ou needs.  Kawanna THANK YOU!!!  Yes tears are still flowing and probably will be for a while, but you helped  to make my mama’s service easier to handle.  Please show Mr. Marshall this and let him know that he too did a fantastic job!!  He helped us with the insurance and in understanding it better.  He also provided a listening ear and care to our family.  The car was fabulous and his dealing with my brother Danny at the viewing was much appreciated.  I further want to thank you both for helping me off the floor (SMILE).    Much, much appreciation for everything and we, the Wright and Chapman families, thank you for everything.   God Bless,   Beverly Wright, Nevetta Chapman, and Herrell and Daniel Wrigh - Aretha and Clabe Wright Jr.’s Kids

Funeral Director Fred Marshall was extremely helpful and patient with our family. He informed us of all our options while displaying professionalism and care. The entire McAllister/Farr/Diaz family is thankful

The events that lead up to moms passing happened so quickly we (family members) were unprepared. The blessing in the midst of all this is she had prepared herself with Marshall Mortuary & Cremation back in 2015 because she didn't want to burden her family. My siblings and I lost our mom suddenly last weekend, we had no clue where to even start but knew we wanted to get her home in her resting place sooner than later. The hospital provided a list of places to call and we couldn’t be happier to have found Marshall’s. Fred was so sincere, helpful and knowable to questions we had. The initial conversation my sister had with him on the phone we knew our mom was in good hands. The urn chosen for our mother was so beautiful and fitting as to who she was, he brought her ashes to us at my brothers home and spoke with us for a moment. Thank you so much for making this an easy stress free process during a time of grief and sorrow!
