Spring Valley Funeral and Cremation

I recently lost my brother unexpectedly, and my family was in deep grief. We reached out to this funeral home not knowing protocol of what to do first, costs, etc. and they were so incredibly gracious and kind, and guided us easily through the whole process. They even handled the obituary and anything else we needed. My brother was cremated and the selection of urns was wonderful, and we could chose things online and prepare the paperwork online. After attending a service here this week I was filled with comfort and relief. The Funeral Home Minister on staff led the service and although he had never met my mother in life, the message he left us with was one of wonder and full of faith. God was present in the room with His Overwhelming Love and Support. Highly recommend Spring Valley Funeral Home when you need these services. I will continue to recommend Spring Valley Funeral Home to anyone who is in need of a funeral Home. We were treated like family from them and not just another client. Family members that came out of town were so impressed as well. I would like to thank them again for such a beautiful service and making my Mother look so Beautiful. I can't say enough how great all of you were handling my daughter's arrangements. The care and compassion you showed was so comforting. All of us had a lot of ups and downs, along with certain bumps that no one would believe and won't leave us too soon. If anyone wants a great and understanding funeral or cremation, you won't be able to beat this one. No pushing you into anything you may not want and they work on your time line and on your family budget. You are in charge of all arrangements and they work to meet all of your needs. I can't express how happy and grateful I am to have worked with a great group of people.
