When choosing which option would work for our family they weren’t pushy or trying to sell you everything. They were very helpful and supportive. When my Mother passed it was 1:am and Crown said they would be there within the hour and they were. This beautiful young woman showed up dressed to the nines full of compassion and grace with a bit of paper work to fill out and said we can handle it from here if you wish. Very professional and kind. Whether you want a big event or a small private service they can accommodate. I will use their services in the future and recommend them to all. Thank you so much

We had purchased our prepaid plans a number of years ago and convinced my wife’s aging mother (who was living with us at the time) to also purchase a prepaid policy. When she died recently, they were very professional and caring about the process and we received several calls to obtain the necessary information for the death certificate. They provided a link in an email to sign the necessary documents online and the process was very straightforward and easy. We would highly recommend this company and their support during this trying time.
