I had a not so good experience once they have been paid it felt like they really just don't care. I had problems obtaining death certificates never called me to pick them up plus never received my complementary bible at the time of the burial and when they did give it to me much later it had someone else's name on it not a good service.

Excellence service and very professional. Very satisfied with the arrangements and services provided.

**PLEASE BEWARE** The star rating is a ZERO!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE and STAFF IS BEYOND RUDE. DO NOT take your loved ones to this facility!! The worst service ever from setting up funeral arrangements to waiting over 2 months to pick up remains. We called and left voicemails and no response back. They supposably called and you would think this being a business they would leave a voicemail and nothing. Very DISHEARTENING, it seems money is FAR more important THAN OUR LOVED ONES. **PLEASE BEWARE**
